Christmas Decorating Contest

Atoka Parks & Recreation will be conducting the 6th Annual Christmas Home & Yard Decorating Contest. Winners of each category will win bragging rights in Atoka with a designated yard sign. Entries will be considered in all categories (you may opt-out of the Cousin Eddie Award).

Entries are judged and scored in 5 criteria: Design, Theme, Layout and Spacing, Difficulty, and Overall Presentation.

The five categories for award are:
Classic Christmas
Best Themed Display
Clark Griswold Award for Most Lights in a Display
Cousin Eddie Award for Tackiest Display
People’s Choice

You may enter your house into the contest or you may nominate another house for the contest. If you nominate another house, Town Staff will then contact that person to confirm their entry.

All registration forms must be received before 5:00 PM on Monday, December 16th. Town Staff will call each contestant prior to judging to ensure the contestant is able to prepare properly.Judging will take place on the 17th and 18th.  Winners will be announced on December 20th.
